Can I exchange my product for a different size?
You certainly can! You have 30 days to exchange your size. The garment must be in its original condition with the swing tags attached. See our full returns policy here.
I have changed my mind, can I return my purchase for a refund?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Refunds will only be offered for faulty garments. Read our full policy here.
How long does shipping take?
We will where possible attempt to process orders within 2 business days of receiving your order. For standard delivery allow 4 - 7 business days. For express shipping allow 2 - 3 business days.
Where are your products made?
Pinadella is an Australian owned business based in Melbourne.
Our products are currently being manufactured overseas. We work with a local manufacturing agent based in Melbourne who have well established relationships with trusted manufacturing partners overseas to support the development, sampling and creation of Pinadella's garments.
Are your products made ethically?
Our manufacturing partner completes third party audits of the factories used to create Pinadella's garments, these regular audits provide transparency and accountability around working conditions for staff.
This is important to us, we will continue to monitor and assess our manufacturing partners to ensure their practices strongly align with our values for fair working conditions.
I am in between sizes, which size should I get?
Refer to the size charts on the product pages if you wish to check your measurements against the garment size measurements. There are also notes regarding sizing on the individual product pages to help you make your decision.
